Free pay calculator widget for your website
Add WorkCalc's Australian pay calculator to your site in two minutes. Your readers enter a salary or hourly rate and see their take-home pay after tax, Medicare levy, HECS/HELP and super. It uses 2026–27 ATO rates and updates automatically when the rates change.
1. Customise
2. Copy the code
3. Paste it into an HTML block on your page. The small script makes the widget resize to fit. If your site builder strips scripts, the widget still works at a fixed height.

Why add it
Always accurate
2026–27 tax brackets, the low income tax offset, Medicare levy and surcharge, HECS/HELP marginal repayments and 12% super, all checked against the ATO. Updated for you every financial year.
Useful for your readers
Great on job ads, salary guides, HR and payroll blogs, recruitment sites, migration and student pages, and accountants' resource pages. Visitors get an answer without leaving your site.
Light and private
No ads, no cookies, no sign-up. It runs in the visitor's browser, works on phones and matches your brand colour.

Questions
Is the WorkCalc pay calculator widget free?
Yes. The widget is free for any website, including commercial sites. We only ask that you keep the small "Pay calculator by WorkCalc Australia" credit under it.
Will the widget stay up to date when tax rates change?
Yes. The widget loads from WorkCalc, so it updates automatically when tax brackets, HECS/HELP thresholds, the Medicare levy surcharge or the super guarantee change each 1 July. You never need to change your embed code.
Does the widget track my visitors or show ads?
No. The widget has no ads and sets no cookies. Calculations run in the visitor's browser and nothing they type is sent to WorkCalc.
Which website builders does the widget work with?
Any site that lets you add HTML: WordPress (Custom HTML block), Squarespace (Code block), Wix (Embed HTML), Webflow (Embed element), Shopify (Custom HTML or Liquid section) and plain HTML sites. If your builder removes scripts, the widget still works at a fixed height.
